Method 1: From Home Screen

3 Wait until a dialog appears to ask for confirmation to delete the app and all of its data, select "Delete" or "Remove" to proceed.

Method 2 – From Settings

1 On the Home screen, select "Settings" > "General".

2 Tap "Storage & iCloud Usage" or "Usage".

3 Under the "Storage" section, select "Manage Storage".

4 When you see the list of apps installed on your iPhone 7, select the one you want to uninstall and tap "Delete app".



# Factory Reset iPhone via iTunes


1 Connect your phone to your computer with the USB cable and launch iTunes.

2 Click on "Restore iPhone".

3 From the iTunes dialogue box, click "Restore".

4 In the iPhone Software Update window, click "Next".

5 On the next window, click "Agree" to accept the license terms and to continue.

6 Be patient whilst iTunes downloads iOS and restore your iPhone.

4 Click "Erase now" to proceed.
